Vegan Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Servings: 20 slices (from one standard baguette)
Ingredients:
French baguette or Italian bread, sliced
4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup plant butter, softened
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
1 to 1.5 cups non-dairy cheese (your choice, like vegan mozzarella & parmesan)
Seasonings (optional)
Instructions:
Garlic Butter Preparation: In a bowl, combine the softened plant butter, minced garlic, and parsley (if using). To help the vegan cheese melt and prevent it from flying around in the air fryer, I like to mix in some cheese during this step.
Prepping the Bread: Slice the bread into about 1-inch thick slices. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle and press the remaining cheese and seasonings over the buttered slices.
Air Frying: Preheat your air fryer to 360Ā°F (180Ā°C) if required. Place the prepared bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring no overlap. Cook for 6 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted. This is the air fryer I recommend!
Serve: Remove the cheesy garlic bread from the air fryer and serve while warm with your favorite marinara sauce.
