A wonderful flavorful Thanksgiving side dish everyone will enjoy!

Apple & Sage Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipe
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion (approx. ¾ cup)
3 tbsp / 40 g vegan butter
2 apples
3/4 tsp sage
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar (or cider vinegar)
3 slices day old bread (about 5-6 cups torn into pieces)
2 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp dried cranberries
Instructions:
Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add Apples: Stir in the diced apples and cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
Season: Add the sage and white wine vinegar, stirring to combine. Season with ground black pepper to taste.
Combine with Bread: In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn bread pieces with the apple mixture. Toss well to ensure the bread is coated with the flavors.
Add Cranberries: Fold in the dried cranberries for a touch of sweetness.
Serve: Serve warm as a side dish for your Thanksgiving meal!
