Apple & Sage Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipe

  1. SautĆ© Aromatics:Ā In a large skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sautĆ© until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.


  2. Add Apples:Ā Stir in the diced apples and cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to soften.


  3. Season:Ā Add the sage and white wine vinegar, stirring to combine. Season with ground black pepper to taste.


  4. Combine with Bread:Ā In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn bread pieces with the apple mixture. Toss well to ensure the bread is coated with the flavors.


  5. Add Cranberries:Ā Fold in the dried cranberries for a touch of sweetness.


  6. Serve:Ā Serve warm as a side dish for your Thanksgiving meal!
