The perfect bite-sized snack easy to take on the go for those mid-day cravings or to compliment a workout! Just a few of these will have you feeling satisfied & energized!

Peanut Protein Balls Recipe


  • Servings: 12-15 balls

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • Chill Time: 30 minutes

  • Total Time: 40 minutes


Ingredients:


Instructions:


  1. Blend Peanuts:Ā In a food processor, pulse the roasted peanuts until finely chopped.


  2. Mix Ingredients:Ā Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, oats or protein powder, peanut butter, and cinnamon to the processor. Blend until well combined and sticky.


  3. Add Mix-ins:Ā If using, stir in the chocolate chips and granola or cacao crisps.


  4. Form Balls:Ā Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls using your hands.


  5. Chill:Ā Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.


  6. Enjoy:Ā Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
