No-Bake Chocolate Pistachio Bars 🍫

Chocolate Pistachio Bars Recipe


Servings: 8

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Chill Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Chocolate Topping:

Instructions:

  1. Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Blend oats and almonds in a food processor until finely ground. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla; pulse until combined. Press into an 8x8 inch pan.

  2. Filling: Blend pistachios in the food processor until fine. Add maple syrup and blend until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.

  3. Chocolate Topping: Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth. Pour over the pistachio filling and spread evenly.

  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. Cut into bars and enjoy!
