Vegan Golden Milk Latte Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 cups
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of unsweetened plant milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 dates, chopped (soak the dates first so they blend easier)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process to obtain a creamy golden liquid.
Transfer into a small pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
Simmer for a minute or two, then evenly pour into serving cups or glasses.
